Originally from Alabama, Pam Hall moved to Montgomery to earn her Bachelor of Business Administration from Faulkner University. Combined with more than 20 years of bookkeeping experience in the construction industry, her strong financial background provides clients with an advantage during negotiations, contract management, and every stage of the real estate transaction.

After relocating to Florida in 2002, Pam earned her Florida real estate license in 2015 before obtaining her Alabama real estate license in 2021. Following a courageous battle with colon cancer, she returned to the workforce as a full-time REALTOR® in 2018 with a renewed passion for helping others achieve the dream of homeownership.

Today, Pam serves as a dedicated real estate professional with more than 11 years of residential real estate experience. She specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers, move-up and downsizing buyers, investors, new construction, land purchases, and second-home buyers. Her extensive knowledge of the Central Alabama market, combined with a thorough understanding of the buying and selling process, allows her to guide clients confidently from contract to closing.

Pam stays current on a wide range of financing options, including VA, FHA, USDA, and conventional loans, as well as down payment assistance programs, grants, and closing cost assistance.
